AACSB: Leading with Strength virtual conference

2026.05.15.

Women leaders are redefining success in a complex, fast‑changing world. Leading with Strength, a virtual conference hosted by the Women Advancing Management Education (WAME) affinity group of AACSB, explores how women leverage strategic vision, resilience, emotional intelligence, and collaboration to lead with impact. For emerging leaders, the conference highlights building confidence, strengthening self‑awareness, and cultivating powerful networks. For experienced leaders, it underscores the influence of mentorship, adaptive leadership, and sustaining long‑term success. Together, these insights illuminate a pathway for women to lead boldly, elevate their voices, and shape the future of leadership.

The conference features distinguished chancellors, provosts and deans who will share their perspectives across sessions including:

  • Learning to say no appropriately;
  • Owning your voice: strength under pressure;
  • Sustaining leadership across organizations.

Date and time: 4 June 2026, 17:00 – 21:00 (CEST)
Venue: free virtual conference for AACSB members
Registration: Event registration link
Hosted: on AACSB’s RingCentral platform

The Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (BME GTK) warmly invites you to join on the conference to learn, interact, and connect as we empower both emerging and experienced women leaders to gain the perspectives necessary to lead with impact in higher education.
