12 students from BME participated in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program Quality 4.0 and Leadership: Revolutionizing Value Creation and Customer Experience in Zagreb.
Dr. Vivien Surman and Dr. Stefan Kovács, Associate Professors at the Department of Management and Business Economics from BME GTK served as lecturers and co-organizers in the program.
During the week, students worked in international teams and participated in lectures, workshops, an industry-related program, and expert discussions. The main topics included Quality 4.0, leadership, customer experience, innovation, and digital transformation.
It was great to see how quickly the students became part of an international learning community and collaborated on practical business challenges.
Many thanks to the colleagues in Zagreb for organizing and to all students for their active participation!
