If you want to unwind, recharge, and be part of a great community event, join us on April 17th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the BME Sports Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Should You Join?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This sports day is not just about exercise\u2014it\u2019s also a great opportunity to spend quality time with your colleagues and family while enjoying an active and engaging morning. We have a variety of sports activities and exciting challenges planned, so there\u2019s something for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sports Activities You Can Try:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Table tennis<\/li><li>Climbing<\/li><li>Basketball (free throws)<\/li><li>Badminton<\/li><li>Floorball<\/li><li>Cardio machines<\/li><li>Relaxation, meditation, and well-being exercises (on-site registration required)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compete and Show Your Skills!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you enjoy challenges, test your abilities in table tennis and basketball and compete with your colleagues in a friendly match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bring Your Family, Too!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sports day is a fantastic opportunity for your family to join in as well.
