You will work closely with BME’s Chief EU Research Funding Advisor in a respectful and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation, and your professional growth will be supported by experienced professionals.

 The position is a fixed-term contract from October 15, 2022 – June 30th, 2023, with 1 month probation period, 16 hours per week. You will be required to work on the FIEK premises with work from home options. Salary upon agreement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor EU websites, press releases and key internet portals
• Compile briefings and provide regular updates on grant opportunities and EU policy trends
• Maintain Horizon Europe information channels (MS Teams) and grants databases
• Provide assistance in the EU research proposal-development meetings and process
• Participate in the organization of BME and international events
• Update and develop the BME Competence Map
• Prepare communications materials and develop content for BME FIEK’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Support the preparation and follow-up activities of meetings and consultations
