The students of our Master in Finance program, this week visited the Money Museum in Budapest under the protective wings of Professor Zsuzsanna Novák.
The Department of Finance organizes study trips every semester for the Master in Finance students. During the trip of the autumn semester, filled with an excellent atmosphere, students could learn a lot about money and its history, and they could also try the interactive games of the museum.
A student review:
„First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our Department of Finance (BME GTK) for organizing such a wonderful trip to the Money Museum.
I had a truly enriching experience and deeply appreciate the opportunity to attend. The exhibition’s comprehensive presentation of the history and evolution of currency was particularly impressive, and the interactive displays, along with the engaging games, really brought the subject to life.
The experiential approach of the exhibition made learning about the cultural, historical, and economic aspects of money both educational and enjoyable. The guidance provided throughout the tour was clear, informative, and accessible, allowing us to engage fully with the topics presented.
It was truly a memorable experience, and I look forward to participating in similar events in the future.„
