Internationalization has always been an important priority for BME GTK. With over 70 bilateral agreements, the Faculty has established long-standing relationships encouriging international exchanges of teaching staff and students at all degree levels within the framework of Erasmus+.

BME GTK holds membership in European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).
EFMD is a global network of business schools and corporations dedicated to enhance excellence in management education and development globally.
BME GTK also maintains an active scientific relationship with Rochester Intitute of Technology (RIT) on regular basis.
BME GTK became the first official Hungarian Academic Partner of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2020! GARP is the only globally recognized membership association for risk managers. GARP offers the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification, which is maybe the most revered professional credential of the risk management profession. The partnership concerns the Master in Finance program of BME GTK.
In 2020 GTK became member of the Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee). The NISPACee is an international, non-governmental, non profit organization which brings together academics and practitioners from Central and Eastern Europe and beyond to discuss broad issues in public management and administration.
