A research project on the exploration of young people’s work values using qualitative methods (in NVivo Collaborative Cloud) is being launched with the collaboration of Dr. Fruzsina Pataki-Bittó and Dr. Kata Kapusy from the Department of Ergonomics and Psychology at BME GTK. In this endeavour, the two lecturers join Dr. Anita Kolnhofer-Derecskei and Dr. Melinda Majláth, associate professors of Business Economics from the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy, Budapest Business University, who also successfully applied for and gained access to the PRME Youth Talk database.
The exploration of the work values of young professionals builds on the models and previous research results of Fruzsina Pataki-Bittó and Kata Kapusy. The research is conducted under the continuous supervision of PRME’s senior researchers. The results will also fit well with the ongoing research on lockdown generation under the auspices of FHERC.
The first results will be presented at an international conference organised by PRME in September 2024. Several prestigious foreign universities (European, Asian and overseas) are also participating in the research, with Hungary being represented by this particular project.
