The first EELISA Blended Intensive Program (BIP), titled “Quality4People, Planet, Performance”, was successfully held, co-organized by the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME).
The intensive program took place between May 19–30, 2025, bringing together 49 students from 9 European universities to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and seek solutions to current challenges in quality management, sustainability, and innovation.
During the two-week program, participants deepened their knowledge in the following areas:
Academics from BME’s Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences – Dr. Petra Benedek, Dr. Vivien Surman, and Dr. Stefan Kovács – contributed to the success of the program through practice-oriented lectures, group tasks, and evaluations.
This vibrant international collaboration not only supported the students’ intercultural and professional development but also strengthened the partnership among the members of the EELISA alliance.
We thank the organizers and participants for their dedicated efforts, especially Professor Irina Severin (University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest), who played a key role in bringing the program to life.
