Through AACSB’s partnership with the Global Peter Drucker Forum, the event is helping connect ideas from business education with the leadership challenges shaping organizations today. Linda Hill of Harvard Business School and Gianpiero Petriglieri of INSEAD, joined by moderator Julia Kirby, will explore how leaders can unlock the creative potential of their organizations. What defines great leadership? In today’s fast-moving world, it’s the ability to create contexts where people can keep spotting emerging challenges, imagining fresh solutions, and turning their ideas into reality – fast and at scale. What’s so hard about that? A lot, it turns out … but some creative leaders are showing the way.
